The facilities at 3131 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri, were purchased in 1998 and contain 42,000 square feet of training area. All classes have modern equipment, computers, and other assorted visual aids. The Cosmetology and Massage Therapy programs also have training rooms and clinic floor areas.

Maximum class size is 30 students. Enrollment Capacity: 300 students per session. Theory classes are limited in size to a 30:1 student/teacher ratio and labs are limited to a 20:1 ratio.
