
The online distance education programs lead to either a Diploma or Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in the chosen area of study. We are also now offering continuing education courses which enable students to earn credentials in their chosen field of study.
Instruction in the online program involves asynchronous learning activities conducted over the Internet. All of the online program classes will be delivered and conducted in the eCollege online learning environment.
Students interested in online education should have a high degree of self-discipline, be committed to a significant amount of coursework, and know how to use the Internet as well as Microsoft Office. The institution reserves the right to deny acceptance to the online program due to a student’s lack of technological capabilities.

The objective of this program is to prepare the student for entry level employment in the field of business management. Graduates of this program will have a working knowledge of fundamental business principles, financial accountability, business ethics, organizational behavior, business law, marketing, retail management, and customer service.
The program consists of 70 weeks, 76.5 Quarter Credit hours of Business Management theory (including five business electives and 13.5 Quarter Credit Hours of General Education (including two general electives), totaling 90 Quarter Credit Hours. |

Vatterott College is proud to announce that we are now offering an online continuing education course titled “Your Role in the Green Environment." By completing this course students will earn portable, industry recognized credentials maintained within the NCCER’s National Registry that can be validated with contractors nationwide. For a limited time students can enroll in our continuing education course for only $150 (Normally $350).
The construction industry is changing. In this new era, the green environment is an important consideration. As a construction craft worker, you must understand how your daily activities at work and at home affect the green environment. With this knowledge, you can make smart choices to reduce your impact. This self-paced continuing education program offered by Vatterott Educational Centers, Inc. will explain how the things you do each day can make a difference. You will learn to measure your carbon footprint and find ways to reduce it. You will also learn how the buildings you construct affect the green environment and how to apply the principles of a green building rating system.

The objective of this program is to prepare the student for employment as an entry level Medical Assistant. Students graduating from this program will have the necessary skills to obtain employment in the medical field working in both administrative and clinical areas within the health care field.
The program consists of 70 weeks, 76.5 Quarter Credit hours of medical theory (including five medical electives and two general electives), 13.5 Quarter Credit Hours of General Education, totaling 90 Quarter Credit Hours.
Students may select either an on-ground or a blended version of study. In the on-ground version of the program, both theory and lab work are taught at the campus. In the blended version, theory is taught online and lab work is taught at the campus. In both options, a residential 160-hour externship is required at a medical facility. |

The objective of this program is designed to prepare the student for entry-level employment as a Medical Biller/Coder performing administrative duties including Medical Billing and Coding within the health care field. Graduates from the Medical Billing/Coding program will have a working knowledge of administrative duties such as ICD-9 coding, hospital and insurance billing; a fundamental knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare delivery systems, an understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology/pharmacology, and a comprehensive knowledge of current procedural terminology.
