As a construction craft worker, you must understand how your daily activities at work and at home affect the green environment. With this knowledge, you can make smart choices to reduce your impact. This self-paced continuing education program offered by Vatterott Educational Centers, Inc. will explain how the things you do each day can make a difference. You will learn to measure your carbon footprint and find ways to reduce it. You will also learn how the buildings you construct affect the green environment and how to apply the principles of a green building rating system.
Students successfully completing ”Your Role in the Green Environment” through an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor – such as Vatterott College - will earn industry-recognized credentials through the NCCER National Registry. This course is a combination of legal and technological training in one of the most exciting and dynamic subjects in law today. The discovery of electronically stored information is rapidly evolving. Since almost all information is now created in electronic form, paralegals and attorneys are now scrambling to understand how their clients create and maintain their business records. Ranging from word documents and spreadsheets to email and text messages, vast amounts of potentially responsive electronic information is available. You do not need a technical background to take this course. However, you do need to be aware of the fact that electronic evidence plays a role in building and defending a case.

This course introduces application development for smart phone operating systems. Learn how to begin building robust iPhone, iPad and Android applications using the iPhone SDK and Android SDK.

This course will teach students about locating and working with local codes and requirements and provide hands-on lab experience installing fire alarm equipment in a practical lab environment. |
